The deadline for reserving rooms in the SAH room block has passed, and the SAH rate is no longer available. We thank the Hyatt for working with SAH and allowing additional rooms to accommodate SAH members before the cut-off date. You may still make a reservation at the hotel at the public price.

In Buffalo most offsite venues will be within walking distance of the hotel. Ground transportation will be provided for tours as noted in the program. Ground transportation between the airport and hotel is also available:

Buffalo Airport Shuttle Information

*Price is a one way per person flat rate which includes surcharge and baggage handling:
1 Passenger $28.00 per person
2 Passengers $23.00 per person
3 Passengers or more $18.00 per person

Please have your flight information and credit card information ready at the time you make your reservation.

For those who book roundtrip, we will have a return shuttle on Sunday the 14th leaving the hotel at 12:30 pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. This shuttle will be $18.00 per person. If we notice numerous people need transportation at an alternate time a shuttle will be arranged.
