STUDENT INFORMATION
General
Applicants: 60 for entire program (encompassing areas of study in history/theory, design studies, and building technology)
Openings: 6 for entire program
Enrollment: 10 in Architectural History
Tuition: In-state $10,683 per semester; Out-state: $16,513 per semester
Financial Aid: 4 year funding package (includes, tuition, stipend, health care, and requires employment as teaching or research assistant), grants and loans available (depending on need); generous fellowships (competitively awarded, institute-wide)
Requirements
Entrance: GRE and TOEFL required; 3 letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, personal statement, and examples of work.
M.S.: 30 credit hours, 1 1/2 year course work, thesis project
Ph.D.: 40 credit hours, 2 years course work in major and minor areas, qualifying paper, preliminary and oral examinations, dissertation proposal, dissertation and defense.
