Take Me to the River Cruise: Design Along the Chicago River Please join us for a special opportunity to explore Emerging Chicago design at twilight on the Chicago River aboard Chicago's First Lady to discuss with noted architects and planners the Chicago Riverwalk, Wolf Point, Chicago boathouses, and Chicago river access.

Featured speakers include Michelle Woods, Chicago Department of Transportation, Engineering Division; Carol Ross Barney, Principal, Ross Barney Architects; Gina Ford, Sasaki Associates, Inc; Claire Cahan, Studio Gang Architects; and Tom Kerwin principal, bKl Architecture, LLC.

This program is inspired by the Chicago Architecture Foundation exhibition Take Me to the River, on view at CAF. This special cruise includes catered food and an open bar featuring wine/draft beer/soft drinks and juice paired with great views and professional insight about the emerging design of the Chicago River.
