The Society of Architectural Historians signed the African Studies Association (ASA) statement on discriminatory treatment meted out to Africans, including scholars and students, fleeing the war in Ukraine. Although they are not specifically mentioned in the statement, this type of discriminatory treatment also has affected other European minorities, such as the Roma, and SAH recognizes and deplores their mistreatment while fleeing the war in Ukraine.
