Over the past five years our attendance has increased by 20%, even in these economically challenging times. SAH has continued to successfully implement programs and opportunities to increase the attendance of our members. The annual conference is your chance to personally connect with our unique spectrum of members: architectural and art historians, architects, urban planners, landscape architects and historians, museum curators, preservationists, students, and others, all whom have a passion for and dedication to the built environment.
Whether you are a publisher, university department, a retailer of architecture-related items, or another organization that wants to reach and connect with SAH members, the exhibit area is the ideal forum. A perennial hub of the conference, the exhibit area is located for maximum exposure and traffic.
A single exhibit space ($599) includes two covered tabletops (6’L x 30”W), one (1) chair, a waste basket and one (1) basic Conference Registration. Additional tables may be purchased ($75 each). Additional conference registrations may be purchased separately ($195), if you have more than one representative attending the conference.

As past exhibitors from the publishing industry already know, the SAH conference is a terrific opportunity to reach our members who are the authors, scholars, planners, curators and architects that contribute to and appreciate the books published in their specialty and allied fields. It is not only a book fair for our members, but they desire the opportunity to discuss opportunities with editors and our graduate students and emerging scholars wish to learn more from you, the publishers, on what is being sought for that next project.

Of all of the scholarly conferences at which Yale University Press exhibits, the Society of Architectural Historians is by far one of our very favorites. The members are committed to scholarly publishing and pay close attention to the titles we bring every year. They also buy books - SAH’s conference generates the highest revenue, per attendee, of any event to which we travel, with regular average sales of several hundred dollars per registrant, a fact I still find remarkable. We value the opportunity to be part of the SAH community and appreciate the continued regard SAH shows to all of its exhibitors. This is an enormously valuable conference for Yale. We wouldn’t miss it.
Michelle Komie, Senior Editor, Art & Architecture, Yale University Press I would like to tell you that I thought the exhibit hall was great, and we had much higher sales than expected. We've never attended before so it has definitely made us aware that this is a good book-buying crowd and we will keep SAH on our radar to attend in the future. Overall I just wanted to say thanks for a great experience at SAH, we were so happy that we were able to attend. It was a very successful conference for us!
