Histories of Postwar Architecture: Inaugural Issue

The University of Bologna has announced the publication of a new, open source journal, Histories of Postwar Architecture.  The journal has a number of SAH members on its Scientific Committee including:  Nicholas Adams, Eve Blau, Maristella Casciato, Carola Hein. Thomas Leslie, Mary McLeod, Joan Ockman, and Martino Stierli.  SAH member Matteo Sintini is on the Editorial Team. 

The inaugural issue features articles by SAH members Nicholas Adams, Mary McLeod and Maristella Casciato.

The Journal's opening editorial follows below:
Histories of Postwar Architecture is a biannual open-access peer-reviewed Journal that publishes innovative and original papers on postwar architecture, with no geographical, methodological, historiographical or disciplinary restrictions. The Journal is published by the Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna, in association with the
Department of Visual, Performing and Media Arts and the Department for Life Quality Studies of the same university. The Articles section of our Journal hosts original contributions and is organized in three sub-sections:
Focus, Invited papers and Miscellanea
