Edward Dimendberg Receives Guggenheim and Getty Fellowships

Edward Dimendberg, Professor of Humanities at the University of California, Irvine, has received fellowships from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation and the Getty Research Institute.  He will be in residence at the Getty during the 2018-19 academic year, where he will be researching and writing his next book, "The Los Angeles Project:  Architectural and Urban Theories of the City of Exception."

Professor Dimendberg has been an SAH member since 1997, and currently serves on the SAH Board of Directors.  He has also served as Committee Chair of the SAH Award for Film and Video.
