Booking your stay at the conference hotel puts you nearest the action and gives you the best room rates in downtown. Use the link below to reserve a room in SAH's contracted room block at our special nightly rate. Your room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with the first night’s deposit. Deadline to book at our negotiated rate is March 24, 2026.
The room rate includes complimentary wi-fi access in all hotel areas and includes gratuities for bellboy and housekeeping.

Visas
Visa requirements for Mexico depend on your nationality; however, all visitors need a valid passport. U.S. citizens do not require a visa for tourism but need a valid passport and may need the FMM immigration form. Other travelers may need a visa, requiring an application form, a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity (often 6 months), proof of financial means, a return flight ticket, and a completed application form submitted to the Mexican Consulate or Embassy in your country.
Refund Policy
SAH cannot refund conference registration fees after April 8, 2026 due to an individual's inability to obtain a visa. Please file your paperwork as far in advance as possible in order to be eligible for a refund should you encounter issues obtaining a visa.
Please note: SAH staff members do not have the ability to intervene on your behalf regarding visa issues.
