Call for Volunteers: SAH 2022 Annual International Conference in Pittsburgh

by SAH News | Mar 07, 2022

SAH seeks volunteers to assist with running our 75th Annual International Conference in Pittsburgh. Volunteers are needed to help at the registration desk, assist with tours, and monitor paper sessions. Those who have registered for the conference and complete six (6) or more hours as a volunteer are eligible to receive a 50% rebate of the early registration fee after the conference.

Volunteer Positions:

  • Assisting with a conference tour (you can choose a specific tour and attend for FREE)
  • Monitoring a paper session (you can choose a specific session)
  • Handing out registrant materials at the information desk (an easy way to meet members as they check-in)

We will send you training materials prior to the conference to help you prepare for your volunteer duties. There is no minimum time requirement to volunteer (unless you want eligibility for the registration rebate). You do not need to be registered for the conference to serve as a volunteer.

SAH requires all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff to provide proof of vaccination to participate in the SAH 2022 Annual International Conference. This includes all events/programming that take place at the Westin Pittsburgh, all off-site venues and all tours. Visit COVID-19 Health and Safety for more information.

The online signup is quick and easy. If you have questions, please contact Anne Bird at abird@sah.org or 312-573-1365.
