A list of Florida's Classic Buildings has been added to SAH Archipedia. From the Spanish Castillo de San Marco to the Pink House, state coordinators David Rifkind and John Stuart have contributed entries for 100 of the state’s significant buildings and sites.
SAH Archipedia is an interactive, media-rich online encyclopedia of American architecture developed by the Society of Architectural Historians in collaboration with the University of Virginia Press. Nearly 20,000 building histories, photographs, maps, and essays from the Society's award-winning Buildings of the United States series are available online to SAH members and institutional subscribers in SAH Archipedia. Its open access counterpart, SAH Archipedia Classic Buildings, is available to the public at sah-archipedia.org and contains 100 of the most representative buildings of each state and lesson plans.
