SAH member Sheila ffolliot, Emeritus Faculty in Art History at George Mason University, is the recipient of the Renaissance Society of America's (RSA) 2025 Paul Oskar Kristeller Lifetime Achievement Award.

In their announcement, the Society wrote:
"As noted by colleagues and evidenced on her website, Prof. ffolliott embodies the true sense of the award, both in terms of her intellectual accomplishments and her generosity as a mentor. She 'has provided an outstanding example of how to apply rigorous scholarship and impeccable methodology to the analysis of important but understudied works in early modern art history,' and 'has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to inspire.'"

RSA conferred the award during its 2025 annual meeting in Boston in March.
